OrchidWEB is Orchid Health's internal knowledge base and communication hub — a single home for resources, updates, and tools that support caregivers across all six of our Oregon clinics.

What is the wellbeing-first model?

Orchid's wellbeing-first operating model prioritizes caregiver wellbeing as the foundation for exceptional patient care. Our Four Pillar Flywheel — employee wellbeing, trusting patient relationships, integrated care, and financial sustainability — drives our Bold Aim 2030: 10 thriving clinics, 20,000 patients, 1,000 wellbeing-first jobs, and 100,000 engaged stakeholders by 2030.

How are our clinics organized?

Our six clinics operate in two self-managed pods: the Lane County Pod (Oakridge, McKenzie River, Fern Ridge) and the Clackamas County Pod (Wade Creek, Sandy, Hoodland). Each pod is supported by Operations, HR, and Finance coaches rather than top-down managers.
